Wedding Planning and your Wedding Lists
Working on wedding ideas and wedding planning can be a stressful experience for anyone. Here at The Wine Wedding List we aim to help make your wedding planning as easy and stress-free as possible.
For your Wine Wedding List, we build a personalised list of wines especially for you. After an initial consultation during which we identify your favoured wines, we will draw up a recommended list for your wedding guests to purchase. We send you The Wine Wedding List cards which you can include in your wedding invitations to inform your wedding guests where they can find our website, and your Wedding List. Then, all you have to do is concentrate on the remainder of your wedding planning and look forward to your big day.
Approximately one month after your wedding, we will contact you to arrange for free delivery of your wine (in mainland UK excluding the Highlands and Islands). Any wines which have not been purchased from your List can be acquired by you at a 10% discount.
If you are interested in beginning a cellar plan by using your Wedding List as a start point, we can arrange for future payments in order to allow you to let your cellar grow. For more information, please see below under the heading 'Cellaring'.
Wedding Day Wine
We are always delighted to supply your Wedding Day wine. For couples who have a List with the Wine Wedding List we can offer a 10% discount off all the wines supplied by Edward Parker Wines Ltd. Please contact us for further details.
Christening Presents
As a Parent or a Godparent, why not think of giving a delicious case of wine which will be drinking once they are grown up. It is the sort of present you'd really thank your Godparent for in the years to come. We are able to advise you on suitable wines that can be laid down in our reserve accounts at EPW Reserves until they are ready to be drunk.
Anniversary Gifts
If a member of the family is celebtrating a special birthday, or a couple have reached a milestone anniversary, why not give them some delicious wine. A group of friends can club together to buy something really special. We are able to source vintage port, vintage champagne and claret from old vintages which might tie in with the special date. Please call us for further details.
Delivery
We are able to deliver wines anywhere in the world. For any gifts bought through the Wine Wedding List for delivery to mainland UK (excluding the Highlands and Islands) delivery is free. For delivery to the Highlands and Islands, Ireland and elsewhere in the world delivery will be at cost. Please let us know where you would like the wine to be delivered and we will be able to provide you with a quotation for the cost.
Cellaring
We are able to cellar your presents at our affiliate company, Hestia Wines Limited. Based in Burton-upon-Trent, the facility is managed by Vinotheque Limited, a subsidiary of specialist bonded storage company London City Bond. We can open a separate account in your name where the wines are stored in the perfect conditions. We are able to deliver the wines direct to you when they are ready for drinking. Rental is charged per case on an annual basis at £8.25 ex-VAT. Please contact us for further details.
